1jalapeño, top removed; seeds removed, or keep some if you prefer spice
2-3tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice
1tspwhite vinegar
flaky sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Mash the avocaos with a fork in the serving bowl you'll be using for the guacamole.
Add the green onions, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, white vinegar, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped. They can also be pulsed to a more liquid consistency for a creamier guac.
Add this mixture to the mashed avocados and mix with a spoon to combine.
