In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Whisk and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the olive oil, peanut butter vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, then mix until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Add the batter to a lined cast-iron and gently press and spread with a spatula or your hands. If desired, sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top!
Place in the oven for 25-27 minutes. The top and edges should be slightly golden. Serve with flaky sea salt and/or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Dig in and enjoy!
